Privacy Policy

SpartanPTP provides property tax analysis reports and do-it-yourself protest packets for Texas homeowners. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your product, payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and we never sell your personal information.

Information we collect

• Property address — the address you enter for analysis or packet delivery.
• Email address — to deliver your report, your packet, and receipts.
• Payment session data — Stripe checkout session IDs and payment status. We never receive or store your card number, CVC, or full Stripe payment credentials.
• Public property records — appraisal district data (values, owners of record, square footage, sales history) pulled from public sources to build your analysis.
• Basic device data — standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and rate limiting.

How we use it

• To run the property analysis and generate your report or protest packet.
• To deliver purchased products by email and provide receipts.
• To verify payments through Stripe webhooks and prevent duplicate charges.
• To improve the product — aggregate usage patterns only.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We do not share your property analysis with third parties.
• We do not store your card details — Stripe does payment processing end to end.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. When you pay, your card data goes directly to Stripe under their privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, tied to your checkout session.

Email communications

Transactional emails (receipts, product delivery) are required to provide your purchase. Occasional marketing emails are sent only with consent and every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe anytime from that same link.

Data retention

Purchase records, delivered reports, and generated packets are retained so we can re-issue them on request. Property lookups that never convert to a purchase are pruned on a rolling basis. Server logs are rotated.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your records at any time by emailing jw@aioglobal.com. We will action verified requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for tax or legal compliance.

California & Texas rights

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including access, deletion, and opt-out of any "sale" of data — which we do not engage in, so there is nothing to opt out of. Texas residents have analogous rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. Email us to exercise them.

Children

SpartanPTP is for property owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version here. Material changes that affect how we use previously collected data will be announced by email to active customers.
