Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of SpartanPTP (spartanptp.com). By purchasing an analysis or packet, you accept them. SpartanPTP is operated from Benbrook, Texas by JW Marshall.

What we sell

What we are not

SpartanPTP is a technology and information service. We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide is legal advice. We do not appear at hearings for DIY products and do not act as your tax agent unless you separately engage full-service. We make no guarantee of any specific reduction amount or outcome — appraisal districts make the final determination. Our 21-0 record is a statement of our own filed results, not a promise of yours.

Your responsibilities

Payment

One-time flat prices in USD, processed by Stripe. You will not be charged until you complete the Stripe checkout. Analysis reports deliver instantly after payment; packets build automatically after the payment webhook fires (please allow a few minutes; delivery is by email).

Refunds

Analysis: refundable before your report is delivered; after instant delivery it is yours to keep. Packets: refundable any time before delivery; once delivered, refundable within 7 days if the packet failed to build correctly for your property — email jw@aioglobal.com and we make it right first if we can.

Data accuracy disclaimer

Analyses are compiled from public appraisal district records and market data believed reliable but not guaranteed complete or current. Comparable analysis is an evidence framework, not an appraisal by a licensed appraiser. Report an error and we will correct your document.

Acceptable use

No scraping, reselling outputs, representing our documents as issued by anyone else, or using the service to protest someone else's property. We may suspend access for abuse; fraud attempts will be reported to Stripe and, where warranted, authorities.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, SpartanPTP's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for missed filing deadlines, hearing outcomes, or indirect damages.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant or Johnson County, Texas, as applicable.
